Residential complex "Aprikosov"

The mansion in Potapovsky Lane is a unique house, the historical architectural appearance of which is being restored in detail. The building is based on stone chambers of the 17th-18th centuries, which were later bought by the Abrikosov family of manufacturers.

The house offers 27 apartments from 65 to 350 sq. m. As a result of the restoration work, the facade of the house will be reconstructed, the interior of the Abrikosovs' apartment and other premises will be recreated. The facades will be restored to the look of the 1880s, the rustic finish and sections of the 17th century masonry will be restored.
