A project of 6 ultra-modern towers with bright facades up to 48 floors high, reflecting the latest trends in architecture.
The concept was developed by the Moscow bureau ADM. LCD High Life will be built on a plot of 3.8 hectares. In total there will be six towers with a height of 25 to 48 floors. The total number of apartments in the houses is 1528 pcs. The areas of apartments and penthouses range from 36 to 210 sq. m. The specific bay windows made of glass should become chips. Finishing is offered in two options: white box or fine in one of four design solutions.

Own infrastructure will be formed by a private cinema, coworking, children's playroom, a lounge area with a fireplace, a gym and a massage room. The yard is planned to be two-level, with a pedestrian bridge and a garden imitating hills and slopes. Security elements include an access control system with face recognition and video intercoms.

Letnikovskaya Street is located on the border of Zamoskvorechye and Danilovsky District, where there are enough infrastructure facilities: shops, educational and medical institutions, cafes, restaurants, bank branches, Forum Hall, the Institute of Russian Realistic Art exhibition center, Trinity Church.

A kilometer from the building site there is an exit to the Garden Ring. The Third Ring Road is 3.5 km away. At the disposal of motorists - Kozhevnicheskaya street, Kosmodamianskaya embankment. Paveletskaya (1.1 km), Serpukhovskaya (1.9 km), Dobryninskaya (1.9 km) and Krestyanskaya Zastava (2 km) metro stations are within walking distance.
