SOYUZ is a project of the development company Rodina Group, located within walking distance from VDNKh, with a record ratio of infrastructure to residential area - 7/2.

UNION is the first sports and recreational cluster with a record number of Olympic sports: swimming, figure skating, football, volleyball, tennis, fencing, skiing, martial arts - and this is not a complete list, in total there are about 20 different sports. On the territory of the complex, sports and medical facilities will be available 24/7: an ice arena for hockey and figure skating, football fields, a fencing hall, a 6-lane swimming pool, table tennis courts, a martial arts center, and an athletics stadium.

Each house will have its own ground floor content: a children's playroom, a video conference room, billiards, a lounge area, a soundproofed room for music lessons, a greenhouse and a meeting room.

In the SOYUZ sports and health cluster, conditions for comfort and high quality of life are designed - panoramic windows, a balcony in each apartment, apartments with master bedrooms, personal terraces. Security will be provided by video surveillance throughout the complex, in common areas, as well as in the parking lot.
SOYUZ is ideally located in terms of greenery and proximity to the center - just 6 minutes on foot from the Botanical Garden MCC station, 18 minutes to the Third Transport Ring during rush hour, 6 public transport stops nearby. And at the same time, one of the main walking and park areas of Moscow was formed around the residential complex - the largest botanical garden in Europe, Leonovskaya Grove, “Garden of the Future”, Ostankino Park, VDNH Park - a total of 435 hectares of parks will surround the future residents of the SOYUZ complex.
